My name is Dana Plummer. I am a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ, a daughter to wonderful loving parents, a wife to my cherished husband, and a sister to two amazing siblings.
I am also a Registered Dietitian. My path into the field of nutrition took me through Clemson, SC, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Clemson University (Go Tigers!), then through Hickory, NC, where I completed my Dietetic Internship through Lenoir Rhyne University. I am currently in the Charlotte area of North Carolina.
Since graduating and becoming Registered and Licensed, I have been providing nutrition counseling and education for populations of all ages and health statuses for disease prevention and well-being, weight loss/gain, and as therapy in tangent with other disciplines for rehabilitation and/or disease treatment.
I love seeing other's light bulbs go on, a sign of a new understanding or a take-away for application in their own lives from something I could offer, whether information, a story, or a simple tip. I hope to offer positive motivation, inspiration, and usable real-life information. Above all else, in all things I do, I hope that joy filters through.
